it's called plateau

the dots are done. you just sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor, until you get sick of them.

in about 7 seasons, they be old AF, and they'll start to decline. When that happens the training points will start up again, as well as VAs.

Never have understood why some people play this game and keep all their dots on CPU teams.

I'd guess it's because you can only be criticized so many times before you just don't want to hear it anymore. No one talks sh!t on CPU teams.

What befuddles me is, how do you know enough about this game to build dots with positive effective levels, but somehow miss when plateau starts after the crash? Ah well, life is truly an infinite mystery.

Um, I wouldn't say the dots are positive effective levels though, none of the agents has AEQ on them.
