Three normal trainings of a skill at 26 (went shopping). 29% expected, got 30 or 31 each time (total of 91% after 3 trainings).

Oh yeah, we were doing intense in this thread. Still, got a bit more than expected on normal when I went shopping.

My level 1 DT did 3 trainings under normal, but with that 'minor bonus'.

The result was, 2 times out of 3, a 5% training gain over the guideline given for that stat (it went 36,38,38%)

My L18 C recieved a breakthrough on intense

Straining SPD+STA. Expected 53/41 * 1.25 = 66/51. I received 94/53. That's a WOW for me.

I had a few other guys get breakthroughs and they all were sufficient enough to impress me and wish the guys had been started from scratch with this system

I trained about 20 guys, 1normal/1intense, so after 40 times training I've seen 4 'big' jumps. There were alot that were a few points over expected, but I counted 4 times where it was a very high bonus.

So 10% thats pretty good, I like the new system, I think all the new players are going to be way better than me by the time they get to my age....there goes my job security

Unable to train.

It seems that the equipment upgrade will take all of your cash before digging into your allowance from the team funds. Great, but daily saleries haven't started yet, so I have no money to train with.

BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Had 2 training "breakthroughs"

Bort might want to make that announcement a little more noticeable, because I almost missed it on one of my dudes.

Bort should make a shopping skill to train so that you get better items.

So training normal would cost 4 points for 2 attribute, and you get to go shopping where you may find something good.. (which is very slow to upgrade -10 tokens)
does it still get a level upgrade every 8?

or

Training intense if 5 points for 2 attributes (at 125%), plus every 4x you train you get a +1 skill (added to your soft cap I imagine)

the 2nd option seems superior if your building a long term player, am I missing something?

Well long term a good piece of advanced equipment that is fully upgraded might be better than the +skill points you get from spending 4 bonus points. It will take awhile to get the equipment upgraded though.

Yes, advanced equipment upgrades every 8 levels.

-normal training, no activity (small bonus)
+51%

3rd training
-Jumping

It helps if you post what the expected increase was, too.

I've trained three of my four players already, each one time on Intense. The results are below (both my DE and P had training breakthroughs )

Player: Esteban Ramirez WR
Training: Wind Sprints (+SPD, +AGI)
App. Normal Training Gains: SPD (49%), AGI (42%)
Actual Gain: SPD (63%), AGI (53%)

Player: Mo Tibbs P
Training: Deep Punting Drills (+PNT, +STR)
App. Normal Training Gains: PNT (36%), STR (53%)
Actual Gain: PNT (64%), STR (69%)

Player: Christian Hall DE
Training: Return Drills (+AGI, +VIS)
App. Normal Training Gains: AGI (44%), VIS (53%)
Actual Gain: AGI (56%), VIS (99%)

P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated
