Maybe their should be something to make finding a team/recruiting easier. I think that teams should have a place where they can set their "team needs". Here is what it might look like after they complete the section.

Their could also be a drop down box saying

Must have CE
Y/ N

Must Boost
Y/N

Free Agents could search under the "search" tab for teams that need their player. When those teams come up players could then elect to send request (to join team) to the GM/owner. GMs would then be able to find players quicker. This would eliminate the need for the Teams looking for Players/Players looking for teams. Once the FA (free agent) has found a team he can go to his page and under Free Agent Options retract all requests. The GM can do the same when he finds (and signs) a player for that position. This would make finding a team or a recruit easier. What do you guys think?

Please add any suggestions on if you can.

I don't think it would work very well. Players seem to like it more when teams PM them and giving a discription about the team personality, philosophy, and the direction they are heading.

I mean it would be nice to see if your player is needed somewhere but I just don't see a reverse marketplace making an impact. Most free agents want teams looking for them, not the other way around.

Although I do agree a team marketplace would prove useful for those who are in limbo....you know those level 14-16's who are too high for level 13 capped leagues but too low for every other league in the game. Based on that alone I will give you a

Isn't Bort planning on getting rid of that? I remember him saying that about players looking for teams but not sure about the teams thread.

yeah it was in an announcement I think, we are supposed to use the market place now, which is more of a hassle

yea i like it. that gets the marketplace used like bort wanted and adds something easy to use for everybody else.

I know it would centralize all player movements to make it easier to

-find players (GM's ect.)
-find a team
