I dunno about that- adv equipment is available for both increasing % to catch and % to intercept. I think they have different modifiers or some such secret thing. Anyway, if that were true, 5% would be waaaay too much for intercept. That means at level 10, i'd have as good as chance as not at getting two shots at picking each throw.

I'm hoping it does, but I agree with you that it would be overpowered.
