1) Max EXP - we arent going to have any backups
2) minimum $$, 1 season end on day 40 deal
3) Experimentation....we may do anything. We might give the FB 40 carries one game, the TE 30 catches the next, etc. We are just going to have fun and low expectations.
4) Contacts....we have affiliations with several league championship teams....maybe one of your players could earn a spot with a championship team?
5) No boosting requirements.....up to you
6) We will get beat by 100 points a couple of times this season, but we are going to cover some spreads!
7) We are going to build up the stadium of this gutted team for a couple of seasons.

If you see a starter in your position, no need to respond. As I stated earlier, we will have no backups.

I would prefer not to have a bunch of brand newly hatched level 1 players. Not against it, but we want to experiment with some different builds, etc.
