What is a good modifier for this Fan Support?

I figured that since the top teams from Canada BBB and were in our situation recently were promoted to Canada A, you'd remember what you did just last season for ticket pricing if your Fan Support was similar.

I'd start at 2.0 and work downward from there. I think you won't sell until about 1.8 or less, though.
