1. (0) Brisbane Gods--Still tops until someone beats them--Big Island (2-4) came very close to doing just that this past week.

2. (0) Brisbane Bandits--Another squeaker win. Last three games have been won by an average of only 4.3 points.

3. (+1) Tongan Crimson Auha--Still the weakest of the undefeated teams. Their roster doesn't look all that tough, but they get more production from less ability than any other team.

4. (+1) Vincennes Vampires--Tough strength of schedule, only loss by 3 points to a top 5 team. Best of the one loss teams, but New England is breathing down their neck.

5. (+4) New England Burning Pride--Opened the season with a one point loss. Since then they've been vaulting to the top of the list.

6. (0) Canberra Titans--Squeaked out an overtime win this week. Toughest D-line in Oceania.

7. (0) The U Canes--Back on track with a win, and a pretty soft schedule for the next few weeks.

8. (-5) Aukland Flames--Had the easy part of their schedule first, tough test this week, and a brutal stretch run for the flames...

9. (-1) Newcastle Bearcats--2 losses by a combined 8 points, 1 in overtime. They're still in great shape.

10. (0) Carabao Buffaloes--High overall rating, but this team loses games it shouldn't. They're like the anti-Tongan. A lot of talent, but not producing like they should. Very close to falling out of the top ten.

I must say, both Brisbane teams here are doing better than the Lions are in the AFL.

So, here are the matchups for today's games. Who do you think will make a move this week? (Plus my comments on Zeta teams as that is what I know best)
1. Brisbane Gods vs Outback (2-4) Outback has a pretty good defense, but will they have enough to keep up with Brisbane. Brisbane has a very good QB so it's strength vs strength here. But I still think this game goes to Brisbane.
2. Brisbane Bandits vs Sparta (2-4)
3. Tongan vs Leverkusen (0-6) I GM Tongan. HAKA!!
4. Vincennes vs Tasmania (0-6) I agree, Vincennes is a very good team and we got lucky in the game against them. They should roll big here.
5. New England vs #8 Auckland (5-1) The game of the week for the Pro league.
6. Canberra vs Emrald City (4-2)
7. The U vs Saipan (3-3) We haven't faced either of these teams yet, (and won't till late in the season) But the U has looked pretty salty so far this year.
8. Aukland vs #5 New England (5-1)
9. Newcastle vs Tasmania (1-5)
10. Carabao vs Aussie (2-3-1)

So there is one game of top 10 teams this year. I guess Game Day will be in New England. Other than that game, there is only one other game where the team plays a team with a winning record, so unless it's "upset Friday" the top 10 may not change much.

I think you have underestimated Emerald. As they do have one the highest ranked D-Lines in whole of Oceania. The team has plenty of talent and almost knocked of the Bandits. So in no way are Canberra taking them lightly.

The Canaberra Vs. Emerald City is probably the #2 game of the "week". We may have 2 losses, but they're to Top 5 teams, New England and the Bandits. Look at the most important defensive stat, points allowed per game, 5.7 which is second in the league

We're going to make a statement tonight!

If I had to pick an upset this week, I'd take Aussie over Carabao. Aussie is the only team in PRO that hasn't allowed a passing score to date...and Carabao hasn't been playing up to their talent level this season.

BRISBANE IS THE CITY OF CHAMPIONS!!!

OK, now that I got that out I feel better. Bandits don't face a worthy opponent for the next two games. They will be rolling over the Spartans and Conquistadors.

Last three games were all ugly wins, but the team is effective.

We win ugly.
