We're currently the no. 1 team favored to take Championship in our league....but we need to upgrade the team with higher talent to compete right away when we get promoted to a higher division.
We are looking to upgrade players on both sides of the ball with level 37+ players.
I have had only lost 2 agents and 3 players in 4 seasons of existence. I don't trade players without consulting everyone and I don't hold player hostage if they want out. I like to consider myself as an "experience" Owner/GM that has been around since season 2.
We're a very player friendly team that has an active forum with game plans posted for every game.
I've been able to balance building a stadium and doing what I can for both basic and advance equipment upgrades. I financially plan out the season and post updates on where the money is going - I believe in being very aggressive in spending money.
By next season we'll have the upper deck as the only area left to build - so i expect to be flushed with cash to take care of equipment upgrades for the lvl 40+ players.
The strength in our team has been in signing players and working with their agents into reworking their training and equipment to be part of building a winning franchise.
We're not a slow build team...nor have super high level players - so we have to rely on planning and sound offensive/defensive AI's to win games.
I'm also more than willing to go 1 season (end on day 40) as a tryout period between us - because I believe not only are you as a player being evaluated. The same standard applies to the team organization.
We also believe in team unity by having the player avatars standardized - it looks like this:
