In order to facilitate this process and avoid confusion:

- If you pay via Credit Card, you will receive your FP within a few minutes, but sometimes PayPal takes a couple hours.

- If you use a Paypal Account (with money already on the account or linked to a credit card), you will receive it in the same time as if you paid with a Credit Card (must have enough to cover expense).

- If you used paypal, but the account is empty or cannot cover the charge, paypal will draw the money from the bank account tied to the Paypal account. You will receive a confirmation email etc for proof of purchase. The transaction will be "complete", however, you will have to WAIT several days to receive the FP (this delay is not on GLB's end, but rather the bank's/paypal's). Please note that your bank may put a "hold" on your funds until the transaction is cleared, so it might look like they've taken your money, though they haven't.

Thanks. I know well enough that these delays can be annoying and confusing, but GLB does not take your money and fail to send the FP - it's all automated!

If for some reason you still haven't received your FP after a week (5 working days) of payment, use the support tab and follow the instructions.

For Gift Cards:

1. Buy gift card
2. Activate/register it online or by phone
3. When activating/registering make sure that the name and address that you input matches what you're going to put into the purchase screen
4. Go to purchase screen (it's probably best to bypass registering/logging into payal)
5. Type in your info and follow the directions
6. Receive Flex

Here is that site, which has a picture of the card I used, so you'll know which one you can look for. http://www.giftcardmall.com/visagift/ I picked it up at a Safeway Grocery store, which I know is not a national chain, but is called Vons in an expanded area. You could probably find it at any store that has a large selection of gift cards.

i think a great addition to this faq would be confirmation on what kind of gift credit cards work here. I personally have no idea but would LOVE to find out!

Those are pretty much the only 2 ways.

basically it seems like a huge pain in the ass.

i think i am going to pick one of the walmart ones up within the next week. I'll let you know how it goes.

I tried to buy FP with paypal, but I am not verified. all i wanted is to buy the 2.50 pack but it says you need to add a bank account. is this really necessary?
