The crime? An illegal block.

The Devil Bats tried to take out the Saskatchewan Salamander’s star player Ryan U-bomb early in game one of the season.

It is against the rules for a WR to crack down on the Defender if the hit is from behind or below the waste.

Watch the Devil Bats’ TaSean Ricards deliberately try to take out Ryan U-bomb early in the game.

You can clearly see his dot getting smaller right before he hits the star player. U-bomb was clearly facing the ball carrier in pursuit. As a result of the illegal hit the star player hit the turf in pain grabbing his knee.

This is a disgusting display of sportsmanship. The Salamanders demand that TaSean Ricards gets a 10k fine and a 1 game suspension …. Assuming this is his first offence.

Bort …. Save our game …. Throw the book at him.

Good new Jacob Stice smoked the RB following the block in question. The SS commented that he saw the block happening and wanted someone to pay.
