i think almost all of the teams in the whole conference are cpu's and owners with no players

What sucks,is that I almost always agree with you too Larry,I just think your off the mark on this one with a blanket penalty to all players,when it could be solved if GLB would just investigate the accounts that do it,and see if they cheating

Now really, how is multiing in this game cheating? If the game allowed for FP's to be passed about each others accounts then yeh obvious, but is it really affecting you guys?
As for multi's, unless they're using a proxy server, they stick out like a sore thumb to website owners/admins w/e.

They are onto it too. One of the teams really stands out to me because the names the guy uses are the same as a league i was in last season. The team is named after a team in that leauge but no agents on the pee wee team are even on the AA team. I compared Agents names and players name And the GM's on the team all seem to name their players something oddly similar to each other but never go over the amout of flex that would have been givin at signup + a season or 2 of freebies.

when a guy can own a whole league yes... and yes it is STEALING... which is against the law......i paid money for my players... i didnt get them for free

The only thing could think of, is that those guys would rather buy a team, then create a player that won't be used, in a position that has no need.

Make it 401 just so multi's can buy teams
