#1 Alberta Mounties------------------(8-0)-----(1)--------#2 Moose Jaw Grizzles-----The Mounties jumped on the Cocks early and often to finish the first half the season undefeated. IMO Moose Jaw and Port Royal are the only teams standing in their way of 16-0. Those games will be the next 2.

#2 Moose Jaw Grizzles----------(8-0)--------(2)-----#1 Alberta Mounties------This Griz started out on fire clobbering my pick to win the east Calgary and a solid Port Royal team. After that they have handled business but the talk hasn't been on them because most of the teams that they played in the last 6 won't make the playoffs. Win or lose the talk will be Moose Jaw the second half the season where they will hit the meat of their schedule.

#3 Cardinal Redbirds----(7-1)--------(3)-------#10 Medicine Hat Mavericks-------The Order played them tough, but they ended up rolling on to finish the game. This team is still a very real threat to win this league.

#4 Hogwarts Wizards---(6-2)-----(6)-------#5 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks--------They got in front of the Hunters and had them playing catch up all game. The Wizards fate will be determined in the next 3 games.

#5 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks--(7-1)---(4)----#4 Hogwarts Wizards-------The Mounties pounded them, but they have pounded everybody. Next up is the Wizards and this will be a game to see if they are in the mid-pack level.

#6 Yellowknife Eskimo Hunters----(6-2)----(5)----#13 Thunder Bay Sharks--------------2 straight tough losses for this team. They played both teams tough, but could not pull off either. Next up should be a game that will get them back on track before playing Cardinal.

#7 Port Royal Acadians-----------(6-2)-----(7)-------#11 Montreal Mutants ---------The Mutants could give them a test, but they should win this one also.

----------------Battle for 8th------------------

#8 New World Order------(4-4)-----(8)------#Shadow Spartans-----The Order played a great game against the Redbirds. Most here probably thought the Redbirds would blow them out, but they played them tough. The next 2 games will be big, but they are my favorite pick for the 8th spot.

#9 New Cologne Bears--------(4-4)-----(10)----#14 LoneStar Cowboys------------The 14/16 game is now up for the Bears. What holds good for them is they own a win over Port Royal.

#10 Medicine Hat Mavericks----(4-4)-------(12)-------#3 Cardinal Redbirds--------Every rankings 8-12 change up and it still doesn't change this week. The Mavs move up with that pounding win over the Sharks. The Redbirds will be a lot harder to beat.

#11 Shadow Spartans--------(3-5)-----(9)-------#8 New World Order-------If they lose to the Order they can pretty much pack it in.

#12 Montreal Mutants--------------(2-6)------(11)------#7 Port Royal Acadians ------------A win over Port Royal would help to keep playoff hope alive.

#13 Thunder Bay Sharks---------(2-6)------(13)---------#6 Yellowknife Eskimo Hunters-----6 game losing streak will probably stretch to 10 before they have a chance to win another.

#14 LoneStar Cowboys---------------(1-7)--------(15)-------#9 New Cologne Bears--------I am happy to see the cowboys pick up a win.

#15 BC Bruisers--------(1-7)----(14)-----#16 Yukon Badgers------They didn't get beat up on the scoreboard, but they really got beat up on the field. Should pick up win 2 here.

#16 Yukon Badgers------------(0-8)--------(16)-------#15 BC Bruisers-----------Could put some points up on BC.

#4 Hogwarts Wizards (6-2) vs #5 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks (7-1) - This will be big game to determine the 4 seed.

i dont mean any disrespect but i disagree with ur view on my team

we are 2-6, just like the mutants, and the #8 team is 4-4 and we are 2-6...

alot of teams still have a legitimate shot at making the playoffs

and hopefully my team is able to pick up a win against ur team

but i mean no disrespect towards u and i do appreciate u doing these rankings

Alberta has a hell of a team. Our special teams mistakes didn't help. We're still finding our way in some areas..........but we're getting there.

everyone has ST issues against Alberta.

I'd still rank Moose #2 after this. Insanely tough to predict and scout. Redbirds are tough, but I still give the edge.

anyway, there is a big difference between the "top 3" I sort of consider us more of a defensive team, the moose jaw as the offensive team, and the mounties as a sorta balanced, but more of an offensive/ST ;o

of all teams cardinals put up the best ST against us for sure, but now Jack has a new partner in crime.

Not us. Actually my main focus was to neutralize the Assassin on kickoffs. Only one FF and no TDs on STs. Plus we forced a fumble also.
