mmartian and I and a select few to be named soon have plans of taking the ILOF Draft places no one has gone before.Along the way even things not having to do with the Draft but with the game we all play to make our experience on GLB as easy going as possible.I'm sure you guys will represent us well when the time comes.I do want to hear honest opinions about our ILOF Draft.If it really could use alot of work I wanta hear about it.If you came to this draft to fullfill your needs I wanta know if it met your needs.Only way to get this Draft the way GLB needs it.We need input from you the agents the real life people me,you,your brother if hes on this to,your son,most have on here.We must continue to move forward and always better the ILOF Draft never settling always building its the GLB Way!!!On that note:

Thanks to all who posted and will to continue to post this thread will never be removed.It is full of great ideas that will be put to good use.All ideas posted and not yet posted are read in full each will be considered for the betterment of the ILOF Draft.I have sent this next messege to a few of my closest freinds on here and its time to share it with you all:

Hey my freinds i got bad news sort of TBH. We have a few agents from the other draft the UnOfficial GLB Draft invading ours to sabotage our system.A group of at least 6 that I know of.I expected this and have a Safeproof way to handle the ILOF Draft to make it run smooth as possible.Me and mmartian are removing most of our players from the draft to replace any picks that were made to these goons of theres.They will cause mischief by not signing and so on.They will be very upset to know that I have inside guys in theres also 5 agents to be exact. Those 5 agents of ours have many in there draft in preperation of this and they will only act if ours is attemped to get ruined by them.I am still gathering some more agents to help with this.I don't want to do it but I will if the other Draft carries on with there plan.It will be curtains for them

I do it for people like you and me just for the game i enjoy to be a part of.I would like everyone to just have there draft and we have ours and even had plans to join up with Quas till CT suggested all drafts but theres shutdown but then Quas added he agreed with CT and I lost all respect for that crew.We will hold this one and many many more cuz with guys like you and the others we have.I promise you and all in the ILOF this.The ILOF and the ILOF Draft will NEVER Shutdown.

I think one thing we could do to make the scouting aspect easier on the owners is to start separating the players into level groupings such as 1-13,14-21,22-28,28-35, and 36+. I think it would make things a lot easier.

Great point that isn't done yet I was waiting for the Draft to close on Day 30 when no more players are entering the draft and everyone will be done with leveling up I think Day 30 also.So then we can place player levels with names and not have to keep editing everytime they level up before then.I could use some help day 30 if anyone would be interested in helping do this Day 30.

Well I for one after spending 2 seasons with team nucleus can say without a doubt that he is dedicated enough to make this thing work. I am his other side when I start talking about expanding the draft- I am thinking increasing the teams from 5 to 10, he is thinking 32! Each time he proves to me he can handle it. His team will listen to requests and make sure he puts on a better show than his competitors. He will be as fair as his dedication allows.

With the ILOF draft Team Nucleus is a guy that will flip over backwards to make you happy- so I will do everything I can to make his job easier

Thanks Boss one hand washes the other and so on on on on.Time is my only enemy here.I know i met good freinds here some I can say are Fam.The way I see it if 10% walk out of the Draft happy thats 10% more happy people no matter what.Of course our goal is way way much higher then 10%

It didnt take me long to learn who you are. With all the players and GMs in the ILOF and pair that with A.D.D, it usually takes a long time to learn who someone is. Last time i learned someones name so fast he...became an assist GM, then moved to GM of my casual team, then GM of my pro team and then VP of all my teams.
