When the new teams were added last off season they were just thrown into the gaps left by the teams moving to the USA this has resulted in nearly every division with 5 or 6 teams out of their depth and getting beat big week in week out. In the leagues below them there are teams who have been together longer and who would beat them easily. The current system of promotion and relegation will not sort this problem out. Bort should do the right thing for these leagues and the game in general and realign these leagues. It can be done on squad strength or won loss records. I see the Oceania league is already trying to reorganise itself by a voluntary promotion relegation system, which is great but I doubt enough 1-13 teams will take up the offer. Bort this is important otherwise strong committed teams will lose heart as they see it will take 4 or 5 seasons for the present system to work its way out and until then the 100-0 beatings will continue.
