A little about the team:
Off Constantly has only one goal. Championship. Win Win Win. We try to accomodate our players as best as we can, however we will not overstep our boundaries and put any part of this team in jeopardy. But, at the same time, the staff and myself, want to keep all of our players happy. This is our first season as a cap 13 team, and hopefully with the success of this season, it will be our last. I hope to establish many long-term bonds with all of our players so we can continue to have the same dominate team year in and year out. If you learn nothing else of Off Constantly, know that you can approach the staff at any time with a question and we will do our best to answer. We are all very open minded with idea of wins first.

Received some responses and all are replied to. I should have been more descriptive. For assistant OC, I'm searching for someone with experience, preferably with a good track record. If you're looking to get your feet wet (ie: little or no experience), you're more suited towards our OC scout position which will give you a good base of what to look for and how to plan the offensive playbook.

Again, if interested in either of these positions, post in this thread or send me a PM and I will respond as soon as I can. The decision will be based upon our current OC and myself.

We are moving to cap 24 due to our conference win this season which is still a low level and a good time to get in with a winning team.

Experienced OC, the 6 teams I Oc'ed for this seasons all made the playoffs, including 1 conference winner. 4 of those teams left, so I'm looking for more work, but don't want to be bogged down time wise.

Philosophy: While it depends greatly on personnel, preferably I want to run the ball into the ground with the running game, and mix in some short passes, especially using the TE and backs.

I am new to scouting on GLB but i have done personal scouting of the NFL for years. its a hobby of my friends and I to scout rookies and even veterans. I am a great people person, i can talk well and understand well. I am also a very driven person. if you need to scout a position I will do it ASAP. I have been a football fan since i was 5

Philosophy: get players that will work with you. don't want know it alls that wouldn't benefit the team the greatest.

Responded. Again, the GM meeting happens tomorrow at 8est where we will discuss the potentials. We are hiring an Assistant OC (which will basically be on the exact same terms as OC) and an OC scout. OC scout is a great position to get your feet wet and learn about OC'ing if you're interested in going that route.
