seriously...not happy about game not playing out...ive looked my gameplan over 100 times now...box is checked on running offense from my own AI....watched game....nothing ran that i had in there....

Interesting. I did see the stuff you guys were talking about in the gameplanning forum, and none of it was really in the game. Also we were attempting REALLY long FGs even up to 70 yds. I can see the AI, and it's set to 57 yd max.

and you can see the AI that I set up...and look at the game and you wont find even a single thing i spent all day on yesterday....thats really frustrating to say the least...if this was a regular game...oh well...but playoffs? that just kills me...

I had the same problems today with my AI.

It's supposed to be Overload, and the TE Assignment is set to use basic settings. I'm not sure why the TE pass blocked on the weak side.

I'm normally one to say it's ALWAYS the coaches fault when people bring in AI "bugs", but I've known bhall for awhile, so I looked into it. Plus he finished the gameplan yesterday afternoon, so it's not a case of the gameplan not being in on time.

A couple of examples (with screenshots):

Strong I Slam is called on 1st down with a RB we never rush up the middle

Tested correctly as the 1st down input:

As you can see, there's not even a Strong I play in there. You could say "oh, he could've had the plays wrong on the AI".

Trust me...he doesn't. Most of these errors are gone with the select play option. It's too big to fit in one screenshot, and I don't feel like uploading 15 different screencaps, so I only expanded one output to show he's setting it up correctly. You can clearly see it's the same input though:

Speaking about the FG thing. We had the same situation in Compton. There must be some sort of eff up!

Interesting. That's 3 USA Pro teams that had problems now.

Not just Pros... I am in minors 13. I have a pure wildcat going... The QB runs at least 60% of the time.. he touched the ball 4times in the second half today! Come on... why mess us up in the playoffs... it's like you are playing in the Bizzarro world!

We had our rushing QB rollout on like 30% of some inputs, and he never touched the ball once.

about the field goal setting...make sure the field goal IO itself doesn't conflict. The FG/Punt options can be tricky. I've fixed two teams AI in the past who have had these punt/fg issues.

Side note: You DID kick a 63.5 yarder

As far as the rest I can't even pretend to speculate just on play names.

Sounds like someone effed up royally. I don't think it would have changed the results much for our team in USA Pro but it may have made the game closer.

I'm not saying it wasn't a bug, because it sure could have been - but I will say that it is so, so easy to make the smallest of mistakes in an entry and it has catastrophic results. I've been an OC, I know this first hand (see: Wolfpack loss to OTR in S7).

In the Marblehead loss Hazy was baffled as to why we didn't kick a field goal at the end of the half. Said he hadn't touched the AI.

Islander...you know me. I know my shit. The 1st down plays are all set correctly...I just didn't want to take 10 different screenshots. Something happened.

Anyways I didn't have my hand in any of the gameplanning because I stay neutral when my teams play each other, but I saw what they were talking about in the gameplanning forum, and none of it happened. Just looking at 3 plays, none of them where in the AI. I can go more in-depth, but I have class right now. I might post a little later.
