I would like to see the add of 2nd and 3rd reads in the DPC. When asking the MLB to cover the HB as his 1st read and then only giving the option of Zone or Blitz IMO is really lame.

Adding a 2nd and 3rd read would really make things much more realistic. NFL Defenses have 2nd and 3rd reads in there schemes why do we not have them in GLB.

Maybe even making them make another vision check (maybe even at a penelty sort of like having to turn your head and locate the next read).. So when you get to the 3rd read you would most likely be in a trail position because it took you a while to find them but I think this should be the next progression to the DPC

This should not be that hard to do one would think. but I have really no idea as I don't write the stuff.

It doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I wish I knew a little more about the DPC though.

I love the DPC and I would just like to see GLB and BORT throw the DC's in the GLB world a Bone!

We are always behind in this game....yea we got the DPC but it still doesn't work right IMO and the 2nd and 3rd reads would really be a big help to us. Even if it works like I posted above. I still think it would really help out if you have a good front 4.

This would allow us to let our LB's do other things then always having to blitz or sit in a shallow zone right behind where they start. This would allow us to bracket WR/TE's when the HB/FB stay in to block.

Now I know that this can still be done but it can only be done by leaving the HB/FB uncovered so that we can double the other threats.

It would just be nice to at least level the playing field for all of us instead of the scales always be tipped in the Offense's favor.
