The Long Island Knights (Peewee)
The Long Island Knights are a franchise organization which strives to provide a home for all of its agent's players to grow and prosper. The peewee branch as well as the minor team both have started this season (season 11) and is doing well for what was available. Currently, the LIK peewee is 12 – 0 + undefeated in scrimmages against all of the top teams of the league they are in. The LIK are looking for active agents who are willing to be part of a franchise and grow their players from level 1 until retirement across the various teams available to them.
Currently there are 2 teams available with 1 about to be purchased this offseason. The layout of the teams is as follows:

The Long Island Knights Casual (not purchased yet but will be competitive and request a cap demotion to 13 every season to “farm” from the peewees and “feed” the minors team.
Any agent wishing to get into this franchise should PM me with what they are willing to make and if they do in fact intend on staying within the franchise long term. I'm honestly looking for active dedicated agents that will be here throughout the years to come to make this franchise the best it can be.
What you will get:
-Peewees will all get max salary / bonus upon signing.
-Peewees will have various (activity checks) throughout the season which will increase your salary to max if you pass it. The activity check is as simple as posting on the forum in the check post.
-Peewees will each get $20000 for EQ fund.
-Peewees will get a bonus at the end of the season with remaining money if they are keeping their player and moving up the farm system.
-A custom jersey with a number of your choice on it for your players avatar, A custom team logo (fullsize and avatar size for your agent) and a custom helmet graphic.
-Peewees will gain a foundation for all of their players to build on with a strong minded competitive atmosphere and a tiered farm system which will move your peewee from the bottom leagues to the top over time while sculpting your player into what you want him to be.
What is expected from you:
-You are expected to create your player on day 31 of season 11 to maximize EXP gain, do NOT spend skill points until the first game.
-You are expected to open your builds to the team owner at a minimum upon joining the team.
-You are expected to be active throughout the season unless you notify me via the forums or PM.
-You are expected to build your player to the best of his ability for the position / role he is taking within the team.
-You are expected to set tactics to hard play style and switch tactics accordingly if noted on the forum.
-You are expected to buy and upgrade gear when available and specialize that in 1 attribute.
-You are encouraged to boost when asked to but not required.
-You are encouraged to buy CEQ which specializes one attribute.
While it is said above that boosting is not required, boosting will have no effect on you in the peewee franchise (you will not be cut if you choose to not boost) however, as you progress through the tiered farm system, only the best will be taken into the top tier of the franchise and without boosting it is just not possible to achieve the level of experience players can with boosting. So if you wish to advance through the tiers you will have to boost as much as possible when asked to.
As far as builds go, I am not going to tell you how to build your player, it is ultimately your money and you can play this game however you like. However, as stated above, only the best will make it to the top tiers and a QB with 100 kicking will not be on those teams sorry =P.
