Draft Rules:
1) Players agree to sign with the team that drafts you if not you will be Banned from future ILOF Drafts.Teams agree not to bench players and will find Playing Time for drafted players.If found not doing so Team in violation will be Banned from future ILOF Drafts and Events.

6) ILOF/GLB Draft will be held Day 40-44 and will start Day 40 at 7:00PM EST,4:00PM PST or 17:00PM GLB Time.

Day 41 College (19-46) Draft
Day 42 High School (2-18) Draft
Day 43 Pee Wee Draft
Day 44 All Levels Draft in the Supplemental Draft.
Deadline for Teams and Players Level 2+ to enter is Day 34.
Deadline for Pee Wee Players to enter is Day 42.
8)1st Round Picks: Players $600 over minimum salary per day.
Ex. Player minimum salary is $5800/per day +$600 he gets $6400/per day.
9)2nd Round Picks: Players $500 over minimum salary per day.
Ex. Player minimum salary is $5800/per day +$500 he gets $6300/per day.
10) All other Draft Picks: Players $400 over minimum salary per day
Ex. Player minimum salary is $5800/per day +$400 he gets $6200/per day.
Pee Wee Players Only: Max Offers
This takes into account the future addition of items purchasable by players. This gives every player the opportunity to save up some money. And also in case they are released into FA, they can still train for a little bit and don’t have to make a hasty decision to join a team, just to train.
11) Contracts Lenght will be determined by Team and Player through nagotiations.Pee Wee Players Automatically get 1 Year Deals.
All Contracts must be Day 40 Ending Contracts.
12) Refrain asking for absurd contracts since there are guidelines in place.
13) Never join a team just to receive a signing bonus and request a trade.
14) Players must have Season 12 Ending Contracts to enter the Draft or be able to be Released by the end of Season 12.
Some exceptions will be made when its players with Day 1 ending contracts.
15) Teams Drafting:Make sure if capped Draft within your Teams Season 13 Team Cap.Uncapped teams cannot draft players no lower then Level 34.
16) Draft Order: Will be determined by rule #3 and posted a few days before the Draft.
17) No seeking out players before the Draft since they maybe drafted by another team and will have to sign with that team that drafts them.
18) Draft Contract Bonus's:
Pee Wee Teams: Max Bonus
Level 14-18 Cap Teams: $15,000-$25,000 in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $10,000 for Supplemental Picks.
Level 22-46 Cap Teams: $25,000-$50,000 in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $20,000 for Supplemental Picks.
UnCapped Teams: $50,000-$100,000+ in Bonus per player contract for Round Picks. $50,000 for Supplemental Picks.

5.There is no way to tranfer Team funds to other Team without having to send player/players pending on amount of cash involved.
Example: If you wanted to trade me $200,000 for my 1st Round Pick there is no way to do it.Try to send the Offer to me.Impossible.
Only way we could be able to accomplish this is to trade a Player plus the 1st Round Pick for the $200,000 and within the Trade Bar rules.
