So the Backup QB can get at least a few more plays that they would traditionally handle in a real life games.

Even if the plays are not visible to watch.

Hmmm, don't see why this would be a bad idea.

you'd need to boost catching to take the snap. then possibly speed/agility to set it down in time for the kick.

Ummm no. Kr don't need catching to catch the kicks. As for speed and agility, it could be so there's a lower chance of a block, but thats it.

it'd be pointless to put a player on the field if attributes don't affect your ability to perform in your position.

you could give em a need for good vision and agility, that'd be my first bet.

Good idea, though, I'd love to get that. Of course, I think that would have to be after FGs are turned into real plays where you can actually see them, have linemen in place for the play, possibly block kicks and/or fake the FG, and so on.

While we're at it, why don't we make the center work on throwing for the long snap.


But seriously, I like the idea of having the place holder on the depth chart. I think it should be added with the next updates.

Been suggested before, but definitely would be a small addition to help back up QBs get a few more plays, I likes it.
