This is a general guide that you can use to see if the FAs you're are pursuing will fit into the league (there's a 99.9% that they will, haha)

For people already on teams in these leagues you don't get penalized at all unless you do the bonus thing...please re-read the announcement again:

I'm amazed that my league, USA A 6, has but a median of 12. I wonder how it'll be affected when people boost to over level 20.

Wow - I'm actually quite surprised by some of the results - may make me think twice about boosting some of my starters here and there - realistically, will 'wiggle room' of 8 levels be sufficient - I have lvl 16s in USA A#5 that I intended to boost to 19 out of the gate - doesn't seem unreasonable to be that level for that league, but would think twice if it meant I'd suffer XP penalties - the team in USA A#5 did just get relegated, but damn - I expected the median to be higher than 12!

EDIT: Well, guess we've got half a season to let teams catch up - makes boosting late more attractive to above average teams.

wow if that is the median list i will be pissed.... i am in usa BBB 4 we created our team last year and boosted.. we have almost no starters under lvl 14 let alone 11... if we seriously get penalized exp for getting playtime and boosting when we created our team from scratch last season then there is something seriously wrong. Not to mention it will be the 3rd season that league has been in play.

So basically all starters on all above average teams are going to be close to the limit. Great. Well thought out this was.

It's a good thing there are other factors involved. These other factors need to be able to completely trump the median level + 8 limit, or all good teams will have no choice but to wait to boost or even not boost at all. And forcing a legitimate team's hand like that would be idiotic.

Don't forget that when everyone starts boosting for season 3 then the medians will likely go up too.

We're in roughly the same boat. I'm sure we'll manage to beat you guys again even if we do hit the XP restrictions.

didnt Bort say there would be a minimum median for leagues if the actual median wasnt reached? I dont think an AAA league with a level 14 player should get punished

We are holding down the average in A6.... now how did we come in 2nd?
