I'd like to know the ST MVP formula.
Pretty sure my guy Mosi had more ST tackles and FF than any other TEAM.

I really dont know. I had a returner with more return yards and about double the TD of any other, one season, and he ended up 3rd.

I think they almost have to be a returner though, to get MVP. look at Barbosa's stats. nearly all tackles, etc, were on ST too. and 219 return TD, more TD than all but 6 teams in the conference, besides the Bucs. a lot were against easy teams in blowouts, and I kept warnin him to tone it down, with the blowout stats supposedly not really in play for MVP this season.

tough to beat, but if your guy did most fo that on ST, he definitely should have a shot at it.

I don't buy that the blowout stats don't help much....it seems like all the MVPs have huge blowout stats. But, I believe the formula is slanted towards returners, as well.

All the ST MVPs I've seen were returners. Those are some impressive stats, makes me wish there was a box to check "Fair Catch-Always".

Remove our common blowout games and we both lose a big chunk of our stats, but mine remain obviously superior. Just compare my guy to the other returners stats. He will be getting trophys in just about every category. Your man had a great year no doubt, but him winning instead would have been a robbery.

great players all around. these are stats, and are interesting, but don't mean a thing when the player reverts to Flex. team wins, on the other hand, are about 10,000 percent more important.

Give me a team with no one in the top 10 in any stat, but a Gold Trophy, and I'll be happy. that's what counts.

The best part about this is neither of our dots did much in our game against each other!

I just think in the future there might be a change in the formula to benefit gunners. Most teams utilize specialized dots for this now....
