Is this supposed to happen? Normal speed on DB's script for this LDE (Gunnar Stahl) is about 30.5. He registers upwards of 50 on two of these, and 40 on the third.

Certain DE moves have always had this effect (I have seen DEs hit 60+ using certain moves for several seasons).

Yea, I've seen those in the past. I have just never seen my DE do this and with the implementation of spin moves (coupled with those replays looking like spin moves) I figured it'd be worth a look.

Like I said, I hope it's not a bug because it's pretty nice to get the hurry / sack once you have a clear path to the QB.

Well, the massive speed is only for a split second, and you do have to win rolls for it to trigger.

The first one, imo, actually looks decent. The last one does look a bit buggy imo, but it isn't bad.

not sure if this is how they want it to work from now on (with the new changes) or if its a little 'too' fast?

It looks like they're moving a bit too fast to me, just totally getting around the defender, and maybe a small speed boost seems like it would be good enough for me.

As Deathblade says, the DE only speeds up through the move, and this replay show him slowing down drastically as he approaches the QB.

Is this the only way to break a block with agility now? Seems to be the only move I'm seeing on pass rushing now.

I like the spin move that actually did something. All the one's I saw from the world league didn't help the DL guy. They just moved slightly over but stayed blocked by the same guy. I do focus more on DT than DE though, so that might be the reason.

I don't believe it's a bug. I'm 98% sure that's more or less what Bort was going for, and I'm with r87 in liking it...So, I'll close this up and move it
