I'd suggested something in one of the test server discussions... kind of a moot point now cause of the changes to stamina already...

You could add a very hard play intensity that gives a 15% bonus to attributes, burns a bunch of energy, and requires 60+ stamina to use.
Something in the way of providing a carrot for higher stamina instead of just raising the minimum.

So we don't do something great because of laziness?
-1 to you man...
Half the owners and coordinators don't set proper game plans. Should we have ignored adding more control to them since SOME people don't even bother doing it right?
I agree with this_guy, just because some people are too lazy or just don't know how to set things properly, doesn't mean the options shouldn't be available.

So create an even bigger divide between the owners/teams in the loop and ones that are not?

No, give players more fine tuned control of their players, more settings to toy around with, give them a little more 'identity', etc.
If we were all worried about "separating" the intelligent users from the not quite so bright ones, GLB would've never introduced advanced AIs, defensive play creators, packages, custom slots, etc. Just because some people may not know how to use it doesn't mean it shouldn't be added.
Player behavior is very, very cut and dry. You've got very simple coverage choices, very simple running choices, very simple tackling choices, very simple pass rushing choices, etc. So many things are just simple, and boring and don't really allow any "true" customization of their player.

Some of the things you listed I wish were never introduced to this game, tbh. Notice the sharp decline in the amount of coordinators every time things are introduced to coordinating.

if a qb decides to tuck and run instead of trying a pass into heavy coverages wouldnt make me feel bad as the OC. In fact as a coordinator it might make my job easier. Then I can set my tactics to deep pass and have my QB ready to tuck and run if he sees nothing. Its less worry on my part so I know either way a play can happen. The DC might have problems covering some things new tactics could lead to but thats football. More dimensions should be added to the game, so I like this.

What things do you wish were never introduced? There were only a couple things that would be added to the AI. Play focus, for example, as a DC would be easy as hell to add to an input. Drop down menu with three options and boom. Done.
What do you feel would make things so much tougher?

I'm not really talking about the addition of adding more tactics for the AIs. I'm talking about expanding player tactics. Coordinators are already at the mercy of agents setting players tactics correctly. Creating even more tactics for people to completely ignore would be a nightmare.
