Not sure what you'rebasing you're opinion on, tbh. I looked at the few open builds his team has and didn't see anything I would consider bad. They are lvl 1s and players at that level haven't even had time to really screw up their builds. I didn't see SPs spent on SAs (except one player) or SPs spent on useless attributes.

guy with three or four attributes in the mid 20's means he spent points and there were 2 or 3 of them

People get so hung up on cap building for WL, they forget that cap building isn't really a necessity for pee wee. My brother refuses to cap build and his dots perform very well at the pee wee level. I seldom take any attributes over the first cap for pee wee only players.

Though having said that, for basically everything but linebacker, I do race to cap my first attribute and probably my second also.

i know its a good idea but it wont make or break a player on the peewee level

Yeah half of my team haven't even applied their SP's or bought their EQ yet... The team we faced boosted early and we won by a large margin..
