Inside, Off Tackle and Outside.

Most of the Off Tackle runs end up inside and are considered outside runs.

ahhhh, on the PbP it only says inside/outside....It doesnt' say offtackle. As far as them ending up inside, that could be a multitude of things, same as when they cut it outside.

Yeah, meant for tactics. i would prefer no Off Tackle runs when i want to go outside. I just think most of the Off tackle stuff is more inside then outside. Nothing major as i know it is a casual league, but just a suggestion. There is a big difference tho from off tackle running and outside running.

I think that's why casuals need a bit more in the playbook area, not the ability to modify the AI, but the ability to select what play are run.

Same thing. If the offense can set the percentages for the three, so could the defense.

I would rather not add too much to the casual settings but I can see where this would make sense.

inside %, offtackle %, outside %, for both defence and offence, yeah that would be good. Both sides would benefit, and may even be the cure for casual's rushing QBs. Win-win in my opinion.

so basically, someone would find a play that you cant stop without using advanced defensive tactics, make that the only play that the run, and score every time they touch the ball. yay exploit city

You cant control what plays are called in casual, I'm not asking for that. Just a different percent setting for the 3, and yes defense should get the option as well.

Outside to me is outside the ends not between the G and T.

I think this makes sense. You want the outside sweeps & pitches, but the stupid game keeps calling the OT runs.

The OT runs are more for a power offense and the sweeps/pitches are more for a speed/finesse team. So having them lumped in for casual play calling purposes would be quite annoying.

Outside in the NFL, and most American football games is something like sweeps, Off tackle would be on either side of the OT's Inside is usually between the G's and C.
