I'd even go for this or a much larger percentage refund on flexies.

Definetly, I overcommitted this season and it cost me a shitload of money...I would actually prefer mutual agreement of no boost/CE than the return of all flex points.

Especially when recruiting is hard as hell now, you dont want to make the whole team yourself cause you won't get it back.

I'd be all over the "don't boost or CEQ" gig if everyone else went for it.

It would be a lot of fun, can't see GLB ever setting up leagues like this since it's kind of counter to their money making, but if you could get enough owners to buy into it.

and here in lies the problem. how much do you trust your fellow agents and owners? all it takes is for 1 team to boost and the flood gates open.

This. There's no way to tell that LE (just an example) wouldn't just go through the season without boosting, but then come playoff time blow his flex load and destroy everybody.

I'm willing to take the risk. They boost and we blackball them...nobody makes players for them, no tournies, etc.

Gotta admit, I don't agree with this.

While I would love to not spend as much money on this game, it's a game I enjoy, and I would rather pay a monthly subscription for added benefits and seasonly flex.

I see my requirement as a buy-in from my agents to remain active and around. I keep about 30-40 agents on my team each season and there's a big difference in the activity of people agreeing to boost and those who don't. yes, yes, there's exceptions to the rules and all, but I storngly agree this holds true for most players.
