Right now there are TWO leagues who abbreviate as "CPL"--Casual Pro, and those Canadian teams.

This makes it difficult to talk about Casual Pro, because abbreviating it as "cas pro" is lame. CPL has a much nicer ring.

Therefore, we should eliminate Canada Pro, and allow Casual Pro to don its proper abbreviation.
