This is an idea that I thought of last night that will award teams that have shown consistent excellence season after season. The main problem with this is going to be keeping up with it, because the peewee forums are kind of dead so we'll see how it works.
Below, I have created 25 major accomplishments that only the greatest peewee teams have ever come close to. Accomplishing just one of these is something to be proud of, but in order to be truly distinguished as one of the greatest teams ever, a team must go beyond just one.
Accomplishments:
10 Point Accomplishments (nearly impossible)
-Win 60 consecutive games (scrims included)
-Win Peewee Gold 3 consecutive seasons
-Win peewee gold, Peewee cup, and FTW tournament all in one season
-Win 250 regular season/playoff games
5 Point Accomplishments (extremely hard)
-Go 20-0 in Gold
-Win a copper, silver, and gold league
-Win 200 regular season/playoff games as a franchise
-Win the peewee cup 2 consecutive seasons
-Win the FTW and peewee cup in the same season
-Make the playoffs in gold for 5 consecutive seasons
-Win gold with the help of no coordinators
-Be an original peewee gold team
3 point accomplishments (very hard)
-Remain in gold for 5 consecutive seasons
-Win the FTW tournament
-Win the Peewee Cup
-Win 100 season games as a franchise
-Win peewee gold
-Win 25 playoff games as a franchise
2 Point Accomplishments (very hard)
-Win the Air Attack Tournament
-Win the Silver Tournament
-Go 20-0 in silver
-Win copper and silver leagues in back-to-back seasons
-Remain in peewee gold for 3 seasons
-Win a silver league with the help of no coordinators
1 Point Accomplishments (somewhat hard)
-Go 20-0 in copper
-Win copper and silver leagues in back-to-back seasons
-Win the 2nd Chance Tournament
-Win 75 regular season/playoff games as a franchise
In a teams lifetime, they will rack up points. Accomplishments done in the past WILL count as long as the owner reports them. Obviously, some teams will not have the opportunities to do some of these (original gold/silver teams can never win a copper league, etc.) so the object is not to accomplish all of these.
This is how the grading scale works. A team will receive a trophy on its profile that will denote what type of team they have.
Peewee Legendary Team
Obtain 50 or more points
Peewee Hall of Fame Team
Obtain 40 or more points
Peewee All-Star Team
Obtain 35 or more points
Inductions will happen every offseason starting next season, and the trophy will state what season the team was inducted.
What do you guys think?
