I am starting to recruit early for my Gold team...

We are not a one & done Gold team, but are in our 4th season and should make the play-offs for the 4th straight time. My Gold team has only 15 regular season losses in the past 3.5 seasons in Gold, putting my team as one of the more successful teams in Gold during that time.
Looking for quality agents who would like to join my very successful Gold team.
Because Gold is so competitive, I do have a few rules I ask of all my agents. These rules are to make sure we stay at a high level. They are...
1. Follow my build templates EXACTLY. I am open to changing them, but only after some discussion.
2. CEQ is a must for every player, but level 8 CEQ upgrades are optional.
3. 3x boosting when I ask is required for everyone.
4. Be active and frequently check the team forum for build and/or tactic changes if needed.
5. Any info posted on the team forums stays there. Agents often have players on multiple Gold teams and those teams often play each other. I just ask that you respect me and my team by not taking the info on my forums to other teams without my permission.
These are pretty stock rules for Gold teams.
Every agent will be made a LOL-GM and those who show skills in certain areas are often promoted to an assistant coaching position. I also bounce ideas off my agents all the time, so our forums are very active.
My 1st child is due when S18 ends, so will pick a couple agents who have proven themselves in S18 to help run my team in S19 during my partial absence.
I am a straight forward owner who tells it like it is and am willing to mentor anyone who is interested. If you would like to join my team, just send me a PM and I'll grant you access to my forums later this season so you can see what positions are available.
