I do plan on starting a team in S19 and taking them beyond Pee-Wee just to see what it's like. But one of the things I like about Pee-Wee is the ability to totally change your team from season to season. If something didn't work one season, just create all new players for the next season designed for a different style of ball.
One example is my Gold team. In S17, I tried a pure rushing team thinking everyone would be so focused on pass with their defenses. Well that was a failure. So this season, when I built my players, I created a much different team on the offensive side of the ball and it's working out much better this season. You just can't do that in the upper level leagues without dealing with all new agents and/or a demotion. I don't need multiple seasons to build a good team, it's much quicker.
Plus it doesn't cost much to run your own Pee-Wee team solo. Just the 400 flex a season and then a one time investment of 11K flex for a No-No team (one that doesn't CEQ or boost). At the end of the season, just retire all your players, get all 11K back, pending you didn't buy CEQ or boost, and then use that same 11K to create a new team. It's just fun!
