It's pretty sickening when you have a QB who is set retarded....or an HB with the wrong settings....or an LB who keeps missing bloody tackles cause he's set on FF....

Sup with not being able to see how dots are set on your team as an owner?

My god I have to put a lot of time and effort into recruiting, running O D ST etc....like please please make this happen already....it's probably been suggesting over 9000 times....

MAYBE Let the players have the control let them have the option to show the tactics to the owner much like the attributes...

Attribute sharing could include tactics perhaps??

A separate box below the attribute sharing drop down to either share with the owner or not share with the owner??

It doesn't really matter what the attributes are if you're a FA searching for a team...everyone likes dots set different ways....I'd just like to verify that people are actually following the TEAM suggestions...

Yeah and wait til you are 3 or 4 games into the season to know they are not set right. Then you can go out a try to find a replacement for said player. Looks good on paper, but there are not going to be players out there to replace a guy at that point of the season. I see no difference between being able to look at a players build and/or looking at a players tactics? You can not change either one by looking at them.

I am still totally baffled as to why this has not been implemented? I have seen no good argument made against it yet. An owner being able to see a players tactics is no different then them being able to see your build.

If you are that concerned about it, then add an option for the player to block it from being seen, just like their builds. Then they can sit in FA for ever, IMO. I hate the fact that I could have players missing tackles over and over, because their tactic are set wrong. In any league of RL football, Pee Wee to Pro, you can coach players on tactics that are needed for the team. If this game is going to simulate real life, GMs and Owners should have access to these tools. Just like RL we can not force them to change, but we can try to coach them!

That's why the OP didn't suggest being able to CHANGE their tactics. He just wants to be able to SEE them.

If my bonehead WR insists on playing at Easy Intensity with Creative Route Running turned on, hey, it's his dot, and he's allowed to be an idiot. But I should be able to SEE that he's being an idiot, so I can adjust my gameplan around him accordingly.

What's wrong with that?

Nothing...as you see, I +1ed the idea....I am just saying that many others will cry about the fact that if you can see their settings and they aren't what you have requested, then you can "control" their dot, by lowering or removing him from the DC.

Some people are always going to be hard headed and assume they know more than the owner/coordinator, even though they should set it to what the team wants, win or lose.

They want to be on a team but not be a team player.

I'll +1 it but it'll go the way of all the other 2 dozen times this has been suggested. Bort does not like this idea, and you have enough people who feel that this will be used to control players or force them to do what owners tell them or be stuck riding the pine or ST or whatever.

Would be great to have, but it won't likely happen unfortunately.
