It's all about perception. I would not see it as taking action against a dot for disobedience at all. I would just be doing what gives my team and all of my agents the best chance to win. My DAI is designed for very specific tactics and I can't have a wild card out there.

In my case it would depend on the agent. Stats can also be hidden.. so allowing tactics to be seen by the owner, OC and DC could be a huge help...
I have 33 dots.. I would love that a team owner can pm me and say hey T you missed a tactic setting...
I trust the people I share my stats and build plans with. That's why I hang with them..
I wish they took it a step deeper and also set it for viewable by all team members. just like stats...
