My point is that these are not bad owners, which I thought I made clear in the post where I quoted them, when I said "II wouldn't call these guys bad owners." It shows that many good owners will take action against dots for disobedience.

And some mod please lock one of the two threads on the issue with a link in the final post in that thread to the unlocked one, as is usually done when two threads about the same subject are running?

I quoted good owners in their own words saying it. I'm just believing them, like that Bedgood would, as he said, cut any dot that wouldn't open his tactics.

The people pointing out that "it's not the NFL" are usually the ones who like to stat whore. The people appealing to the NFL are the one's who look for a realistic sim. They are most definitely not the same people.

It's all about perception. I would not see it as taking action against a dot for disobedience at all. I would just be doing what gives my team and all of my agents the best chance to win. My DAI is designed for very specific tactics and I can't have a wild card out there.

Let me ask you this, would you even bother an agent about his dot, if they were not obviously out of sync with the rest of the team? What I am asking is, when would you typically ask for an agent to share their tactics?

Yes because that way I can quickly look at their tactics see that they are good and leave them alone. OR I can notice their dot struggling and see why or how to adjust based on tactics. Makes it easier than sending several PMs back and forth.

In my case it would depend on the agent. If it is someone who I know builds well and who I have had on teams before I generally let them do their own thing, occasionally PMing them when I need to know something about the build or tactics. Someone I know less well gets more questions but under no circumstance would I rot someone for not showing me their builds or posting in a tactics thread.

Worded much better this time!

I love this idea!

it will help the vets work with new agents for 1.

and I see no difference in being able to see a players tactics then being able to see a players stats...

Stats can also be hidden.. so allowing tactics to be seen by the owner, OC and DC could be a huge help...

I have 33 dots.. I would love that a team owner can pm me and say hey T you missed a tactic setting...

I trust the people I share my stats and build plans with. That's why I hang with them..

I wish they took it a step deeper and also set it for viewable by all team members. just like stats...

this is long overdue IMO!

These two reasons make this a no-brainer.

This suggestion accomplishes making it very easy to follow a team's tactics, without providing a way for owners to coerce anyone into showing them:

That suggestion is meaningless to this conversation. People already post and suggest tactics to players. The rationale behind this idea is that if you have a lot of players to manage, your coordinator can see why you aren't fitting into their system properly without the needless amounts of PM's back and forth.

It is a benefit to everyone involved.

Its the same concept as opening and closing your build. Except there are far less reasons for it to be kept a secret.
I provide an offense that spreads the legs of the defense and delivers the coconuts in a variety of ways.

I've been asking for this forever, What does it hurt to allow your Tactics to be seen by your Coaches? No-Brainer!!
