My team will be going to Regional Pro (261 days - Uncapped). We have 5 players who will be above 301 days old (albeit barely), and their contracts are set to expire on Day 40 so as to not interfere with our league placement. Would we be able to resign them to the team after we are placed in the new league, since the league is "uncapped?" If not, then the league description should make the age cap 300 days old, since that is what it would actually be.

261 is the minimum age so you should be able to keep them without letting them expire

When will owners know if they are in the lower leagues in each level? Seems like the only owners who are recruiting is the Elite teams looking for boosters.....since the powers that be have stated many times there will be teams for non-boosting dots....just thought I'd see when they would start to pop up???

No, if they are still on the roster we would be placed in the 301 - uncapped league and the 50 players under 301 would be cut. I just want to know if I can resign them to the team after we are placed.

^ This ^. The max for Regional Pro is uncapped so having players above 301 days will make no difference.

From the announcements and the FAQ, it appears that the only way to advance to the next two tiers (equivalent to current Pro and WL) is by normal promotion -- you won't automatically be placed there by having players above the minimum.
