Just an idea, right now teams will give out GM titles (aka LOLGM's) to all the agents that want one so that the contributing players on a championship team get a trophy. I would suggest that all agents on a winning team get a "trophy" that looks a championship ring that goes into the trophy case like the GM trophy would have gone. If the agent wants to get rid of it, they can throw it away like they do with other trophies. Just removes the LOLGM factor.

Still don't know how lolGM's hurt anything.

Also, this is why they added GM Titles.. so that people could still have lolGM's yet people that actually do things for the team get special recognition.
