One of the best things about this league will be the fact we are all trying different things and there are a huge number of ways to go about building these teams....unlike regular GLB where its all pretty much laid out for you. Will be a very interesting and fun season. Just hope we get West filled up with teams.

Well peewee isn't going to show much, but in the long term things will seperate. I don't know maybe you will see it late this season too. But the OoP penalty is going to kill some players at higher levels. Specifically ones that play "straight up" to another player, like DLine Vs Oline or WR vs CB. A DT with 150 strength is tough, but going against a 150 strength DT at G(assuming only 10% penalty) is only like a 135 strength G. And that G will get bullied around.
Might as well let it out of the bag now, but the way I created my team, I have 20/25 available positions filled (including K/P/KRer) People that are building lots of players as other positions are going to be at a severe disadvantage the longer their careers go on. Hence why I was thinking of suggesting 15(maybe even less? 12?) man leagues. Then people will be forced into a more "Ironman-like" team concept. That is what I want (as I am sure most other IM supporters want, not just a 1 man deep squad of normal teams)
Also... If I had the flex to spare I would have bought my own team
Can we please get a friggin character counter on signatures? They are very easy to implement and it will save me and others time from typing 300 word in my signatures only to find out that in the end ,after all my turmoil, it ends up friggin cut of
