Right now it's set to where you cannot build a section until certain sections are completed. It says........"Requires 100 level home left corner and 100 level left endzone." (as example) before you can build more.

I suggest that if you set those (or any other)sections for construction, it unlocks the ability to set the next set of sections.

Right now you can't until the following season.....even if you have the money to build them.

This is poorly stated, but I think you'll get what I'm trying to say.

not being able to build 200 level corners until after the 100 level coreners makes sense, but if I already am building the 100 level corners this offseason, there is no reason not to unlock the 200 corners immediately if we have the money.

Precisely.

I would recommend to also include using team money to purchase other things around the stadium that directly affects fan support, etc, instead of that one backdrop.

Parking structures, tailgating, lodging (2,3,4,5 star hotels), bars, public transportation (buses, light rail)

Feel free to expand on the idea. It's just as teams get more and more money, they can start doing this

I guess you could expand the game to have an aspect of it like Sim City.

only over 2 years old

and -1 to being able to build a stadium faster - it only takes 3 GLB seasons to complete an entire stadium as it is - doesn't need to be any easier

Maybe focus on being able to do more with your stadiums. Add different features to attract more people, etc. Its a very raw setup right now.

I just don't understand why we have to wait 3 seasons too complete a stadium.

As far as this idea, I like it. That would let me put up my 300 levels right now. I've seen more drastic changes to a stadium all in one offseason IRL before.
