Allow scrimmages to add to a teams chemistry, it would aid GLB in flex spent and give teams with low chemistry an incentive to scrimmage.
After the game, the king and pawn go into the same box.

It definitely makes great sense! I wonder why GLB hasn't thought about this before??? +1

Nice.... could also have teams have the ability to purchase a 'practice stadium' where during the off - season and in between games, teams could pay for practice to bolster this up some as well.

+1 though I think it would be limited to a certain amount gained so that the rich can't just get richer.

Not really... because you can't get past 100.... just get there quicker.

I like keeping the real season and scrimmages/tournaments separate. They did the crime of roster turnover, now they need to do the time.

As a coor I would like the scrimmages to be as close to the real games as possible. +1

A quick look at the NGTH list says the following:

-XP for friendly scrimmages (Owners with a lot of FP would gain an advantage.)

XP is quite a bit different then chemistry. I understand that. However, the same reason this is on that list will be the same reason the chemistry idea would make it on the list.

Yes. Chemistry only goes up so far. Yes. Chemistry is only a slight difference maker in the game.

But, the fact of the matter is that it is a difference maker and those with more FP to spend that others can use it to their advantage. Not to mention, that this would basically give a pass to any team that completely resets its roster every season. That alone is bad for the game. It also takes out a negative to gutting a team and moving it down.

-1 to OP.

Iīm afraid i have to agree with this except for the -1 to the OP. Canīt hurt suggesting and putting it up for debate.

while I agree with you, it's not quite NGTH lock material, because there is a reasonable cap to how effective this can be.

I would say +1 but only for 2 scrims (which are given for free anyways), and the scrims must be open to the public and ranked
