+1 to the suggestion to increase the size of the PM folders (both incoming and outgoing). If more than a few days go by after somebody sends me a message, its likely that I'll have to ask them to resend it if they suddenly re-emerge asking me to review what they first sent. If you have any role in managing a team, 75 messages come and go rather quickly.
