Pretty straight-forward.

Either as a default option or berrer as another checkbox on the GM access page - set up someway for someone besides the owner to offer and accept scrimmage requests.

Right now, when the team owner goes on vacation / gets deployed mid-season it can really screw up some tourneys.

+1 to the checkbox option. (And allow the HC/co-owner if it's checked to see how much is left in the flex bank.)

Do scrims pull from the owner's pool if the team flex bank is empty and they've used their freebies?

3 Steps -

1 - If they do pull from the owner's bank, don't .

2 - Don't allow a scrim to be scheduled if the team bank is empty

3 - Don't check that box for someone you don't trust

+1 to the idea as-is. Scrimmages should pull from the team bank anyway.
