No rich or poor thing, just good owners with good agents should both get rewarded. The owner gets to save chem hit and hassle of recruiting and player gets some extra BTs.

I agree.
The only thing I can think of being appropriate is something that benefits the agent and not the player.

Maybe each agent could get a Loyalty Rating on his homepage.

It could be as simple as:
- the percentage of his players that re-sign each season
- or maybe the average number of teams that his dots plays for
- or possibly the average age and/or level of his retiring dots

Agent stats instead of player stats.

If there is a way to exploit this so people's players are better...... it will happen. A better way might be in the form of reward points or something agent related (as stated above here)..... maybe a gif or something for being a loyal agent on your home page that might help an agent get his next dot recruited a little easier maybe.

I'm not discounting that loyalty is important and should maybe be rewarded in some small way, but it really should never be a case of something that makes the player himself better. Bad idea IMO......
