We all know recruiting is a bear. The Casual stigma is large... many agents simply won't even consider a contract from a Casual team let alone actually sign one. However, there are agents who will.
This would eliminate some of the headaches of Casual owners who can not even bother to send a contract to an agent who has no interest in Casual play. It will also save agents who have no interest in playing casual the hassle of deleting/ignoring the contracts sent from Casual teams.

Willing To Play Casual [ ]
Willing To Play Regular [ ]
...would do it.
Making an agent have to select one, or both before they can complete posting an ad. Some agents are apt to just skip over this otherwise.
And then make Marketplace lists sortable by that checkbox.
