No-Boosting and No Custom Equipment Regular Team League
Players:
All dots are to be created Season 30 Day 40 through Season 31 Day -1.
Season 31 Players play 1 full season on any team they choose.
Could be in the D-Leagues,or another bort league of your choice.
You could even already sign with some teams if your not entering through the draft.
The League Draft will start Day 42 of Season 31 after the Day 41 signing freeze.
This way players/teams can agree to contracts as they are drafted.
Dots not honoring their contracts will not be tollerated.(No exceptions!)
Season 1 of ILOF V2.0 Kicks Off Season 32.
Boosting and Custom EQ Violations - Player found boosting or having Custom EQ will be suspended by the team/league.
If Boosted Player will be suspended and removed from the league.
If a Player equips Custom EQ they'll be pulled from the Depth Chart until the CE is removed.
This is a non-boosting league.
Teams:
Team Owners would have to commit a certain amout flex for this.
Costs of the 1st 5 seasons.Its scrimmages and they are cheap.
Any agent on a team can pitch in by donating flex towards the Team Flex Bank to pay for the games.
Additional seasons may also be added depending on the quality of competition.
Teams will have to be on the owners profile page by Season 31 Day 40.No exceptions!
It costs 500 flex to play 1 full season as a team owner.
25 flex per game x 16 =400
25 flex per playoff game x 4 =100
The League will need at least 2 Teams on a waiting list for possible replacement.
These teams will stay current with league age and level to jump in if called upon.
Teams found using boosters in league games will be suspended from the league.
1 Warning before a suspension is handed.Go to a league that allows steroids.
This league doesn't like them.
Team Owners:
Are only allowed to enter upto 2 Teams.1 Regular League Team and 1 Casual Farm Team.
Goal is a minimum of 16 teams with 4 more expansion teams in the leagues 5th season but we'll start with less if we have at least 12 teams.
Team Owners will also be allowed to have Farm Teams/Casual Teams to feed the league teams through the draft or by other means.
These farm teams would participate in future ILOF Tournaments.
They would also provide a home for dots to train to become future players of the Franchise League through the draft.
League System:
The "draft" AFN Conference (High Draft Participation) - will consist of the 50% of teams that used the draft most heavily.
The "owner" NFN Conference (Low Draft Participation) - will consist of the 50% of teams that are make the least use of the draft.
The top draft team promotes to the owner/NFN conference, and the bottom owner team demotes to the draftee/AFN conference.
Length of the league will be 1 Season for Player Developement plus 5 Seasons of league play.
Additional seasons maybe added if the leagues competition is healthy.

Day 42 Round 1 and Round 2.
Day 43 Supplemental Draft.
Trades:
Trade Room will open for trading following the League Draft.
1.Trades must be approved by 2 out of 3 Trade Committee Members.
2.All Trades will be within GLB Trade Bar Rules and Lopsided Trades will be Rejected.
3.There is no way to tranfer Team funds to other Teams.Cash Trades have been removed from GLB.
4.Trades must be agreed between Teams and Players involved.

Seasonal ILOF Probowl/Allstar game Will be scheduled for Day 43 of each season.
1st Official ILOF Alllstar Game will be played Day 43 of Season 35.
1 season contracts would expire on any players with them.
Every team will need to renagotiate contracts to 1 season deals to any team player voted to represent their team in the Allstar Game.
We'll let teams know by Day 34 who is voted into the Allstar game.
Day 44 after the Allstar game teams would resign their players again.
A team would be limited to carrying no more than 5-7 Allstar Representatives at 1 time due to team chemistry hit reasons.
(Might be raised a player or 2 per team to a max of 7 Team Reps per team in order to have 2 Rosters of Allstars teams.)
Plan would be to have enough Allstars on each team to play each side of the ball,plus 1 backup at each position exept WR,K and P positions.
Each roster would contain 5 WR's and 1 Kicker and 1 Punter.
There would be 2 returners on each roster also.
For that we'd need 44-45 players on each Allstar Teams Roster.
There will be voting to also have Representatives to Coach Each Allstar team.
Superbowl Champions and Conference Champions will weigh a big factor when making the final decision on each teams Allstar Staff.
