You guys have a higher effective level than a good portion of semi-pro teams. With national minors teams starting with the new training system, the well built teams will be as good as next age cap in the next couple of seasons.

Right, but the fact he did it the season when all the changes were going through is pretty damn impressive.
and ST becomes less of a burden to stop when you move up caps... Hopefully this is the case

i have a few players floating around in case we need them and want to have a few less STers...
