As an administrator of a widely used website, it is quite unprofessional to make a site-wide announcement and then not go through with it. Not just to not go through with the announcement of new Canada A Leagues, but to give no update at all whatsoever.

Just my opinion. I have two players that I have stalled at near level 13 so that I can sign them with my buddy's supposed new team. An announcement of league settings (such as level limit) and release date would be far more professional and expected of a website that thousands are spending a decent amount of money on.

i heard from a mod that it was going to happen sometime this week

looking at my calander, it seems as if it is still this week.

as an administrator of a widely used website it would seem that you missed out on the whole "this is what a week is" class back in second grade

It is a Beta game. The updates are clearly well thought out and are time consuming. I'd rather they spend the time they have doing what needs to be done to make it happen, rather than worry about announcements as to when they will happen.

While I understand your frustrating situation, no promises were made, as far as i know, concerning the release of the Canadian teams. Can you point me to a set date?

Furthermore, they are being held back in order to stabilize the player market - ie the general good of the game.

Perhaps you should go ahead and sign a "end of season" contract with another club, thus minimizing the Chem hit to your buddy's club if you sign with him in the offseason?

I dont remember ever seeing a date they were to be release, just a "soon to be released" As an admin of a widely used website, you should know the difference.

There was a 1-2 week release date set with the original announcement.

I'm just concerned that no updates have been made. An announcement of "the teams will be released Friday" or something of that sort would be appreciated by all the potential owners floating in the unannounced wind.
