I have a ton more, but pretty much every other run play the CB jumps immediately off the line for a blitz, then reacts to the run.

Something in that specific play does seem to be causing him to wait until the ball is handed off. Plenty of replays here, so I will go ahead and file this.

These 2 replays against the Counter actually looks like the CB did react but the blk TE got to him and pinned him - was thinking it may not be a bug until the replays were posted against other rushing plays and the same CB that was playing the singleback plays is playing these plays as well.

Was going to say it probably has something to do with the counter action as well but there was a Strong I counter run in one of those replays that had the CB blitz instantly.

I'll agree it's likely a bug.
