No.

3 exta boosts = 18 SPs
25 booost bonus = 20 SPs
6th SP = 36-39 SPs

Overall, just 74-77 SPs for you dot.

I want to know if leagues will adjust to this.

For example right now regional pro can be age 295 - unlimited.

With the extra 20 now after boost 25, will there be an age cut off so teams with these dots don't have this advantage over dots who haven't hit this yet?

EDIT: and I don't mean haven't hit it due to not boosting but simply not old enough yet.

So they are retroactively giving us the 6th sps for all boost we have already made too.

Catch, I really don't get the maximum level tied to boosting. This forces everyone who wants to play WL to boost at creation. Up until now, it wasn't really necessary for just one level. Recall, part of the whole APD discussion was making it revenue neutral and that's why the 27-30 boosts (depending on creation boost or not) made sense as it corresponded to the previous 36-39. Now, we're requiring 30 vs. many of us who have been using 36.

That's a big price increase considering the shorter career length. Add in that the change in extended plateau for existing players, while appreciated, delays the receipt of retirement flex, and those of us who had previously budgeted flex purchases to coincide with player retirements are forced to either retire players early, not build any new players for a long time, or both.

While I think the changes are well intentioned, it ends up being a meaningful price increase and I think will cause existing agents who are already questioning the value they are getting to walk away rather than put more money in than they had previously expected to spend.

23 boosts to level 79 was just to low a price, with the addition of free dots (effectively much more RP per season) it was (I guess) just a too big hit on their budget.

I think the free players (assuming they get the 6 SP/boost and the 25 boosts bonus) can help even out the extra cost for you.

I think these changes are great ideas for the players and the game. I made similar suggestions in the past (i.e. give anybody that ever bought flex, a free boosting 200 point player ... and everyone else a 100 point ... so, this is similar ... many if getting a free player will want to create others players to follow with them). And also, the extra rewards for boosting others and I have suggested.

They figured out the problem in the math on the boosting (i.e the new 30 boosts to get to lvl 79 plan)

All they need now are daily quests ... and epic gear and weapons.

I can't see the possibility of using all 30 boosts to get to lvl 79 if a player will get max XP because dots will finish at 74000 XP on day 280 of their 7th season... So they will be lvl 75 with 24 used boosts. Then they only can use 4 because lvl 79 is a limit...

Where is the logic?

Season 0, boost x3, end at level 4, 3 total boosts
Season 1, boost x3, end at level 19, 6 total boosts
Season 2, boost x3, end at level 32, 9 total boosts
Season 3, boost x3, end at level 43, 12 total boosts
Season 4, boost x3, end at level 53, 15 total boosts
Season 5, boost x3, end at level 61, 18 total boosts
Season 6, boost x3, end at level 69, 21 total boosts
Season 7, boost x3, end at level 75, 24 total boosts
Season 8, boost x3, end at level 78, 27 total boosts
Day 281, boost x1, end at level 79, 28 total boosts

Yep...time to rethink the logic of the limitations.

All boosts were assumed to be done on the last day of the offseason for consistency.

They cannot be Lv 75 with 24 used boosts. The XP gain will not allow this to happen (read the announcement ).

Catch is updating the announcement to show that XP gains will not happen if you are at the cap.... This allows you to use all 30 boosts and reach Level 79.
