There is no penalty of any kind for a pee wee team going over the Salary Cap since Cash is reset each season. This has led to teams going anywhere from 1 to 6 million over the cap to get better moral bonuses. The Salary Cap in pee wee should be a hard and fast Cap that Cannot be violated at all.

If a team does sign players for too much cash then their roster should be frozen when they hit the Cap (if they only have 22 players it is their fault) or as an alternative teams that are over the Cap should be banned from playing in the playoffs regardless of their regular season record.

In other words the fact that cash resets every season in pee wee should not be a license to cheat.

yeah... the fact that everyone is doing it means nothing. I know almost everyone in SoCal drives over the speed limit... but they still get tickets when they get caught... because just because 'everyone is doing it' does not make it right. Abusing the system is still abusing the system... it just happens that some people found a loophole around the Salary Cap and Morale system.

Nah, they are too busy locking threads cause the admins either don't have the first clue about how to save this game or they don't care.

No issue from me. I take the Salary Cap, divide it by 55 (number of players I have), then divide the answer from that by 40 to determine what the daily salary is per player. So I don't go over the salary cap. So I have no issue with this.

I also stay close to the Cap, not over it. But when I see teams that go over the Cap on purpose, sometimes by Millions, so they can get a morale bonus to try to win games they would otherwise lose I think it is unfair for those of us that follow the rules.

Its a great idea...

I totally agree with you all here. I haven't gone over my Cap with None EVER. I pay a good salary for the Morale and
see no reason at all to go over the cap. It's VERY liberal the way it is now.

Frozen rosters sound like a good idea. Also... if you run out of money and go in the red too long, they are supposed to take
your team away from you. Is this Not happening??
