Is there a limit to attribute gains garnered by +% SAs and VAs?

In other words, would a KR/PR not get the full benefit of Special Teamer + Track Star + Return Specialist SA + Return Man (at least insofar as Vision is concerned)?

Not a bad Q&A question maybe. Do the vision bonus stacks go past 75%??

related question: the return specialist description states that it applies to the CB. Does it not apply to any other position type that plays KR , like HB or WR?

Im pretty sure it applies to anyone returning a kickoff/punt. Just more of the excellent quality control that we are used to. Go look at Surge SA. It doesnt work all the time apparently...definitely not written in the SA desc
