I'm honestly not sure if this is completely retarded or actually intelligent. It'd hardly be the NBA's smallest market (about the same size as Indianapolis), and competition would be minimal. Though it is somewhat of a transplanted area, and the Kings would be a total test cast as the city has never sniffed pro sports at the highest level in its history.
